Investing in an investment plan is simple. We recommend that you read the details associated with the plan to assess whether it meets your needs and goals. Once you have chosen the plan that you want to invest in click on the Invest button.
The first time you invest in a plan you will need to answer a few questions so we can check that you understand the investment you are about to make and that it is a suitable form of investment for you. The FCA requires that we check clients have a sufficient understanding of the service they are about to use and are financially capable of bearing a loss in the event the investment returns a loss. Please note that our investment plans are only available to self-certified High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investors.
Upon completing the questions, which should only take a few minutes, you will be able to choose how much you want to invest. The minimum you can invest is £5,000. There is no maximum. In order to invest in an investment plan you must have the funds available in your account.
You need to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Investment Plans before investing. Assuming you do agree, click the ‘Complete investment’ button and you are done. We will email you confirmation of your order and process it as quickly as possible.
You are welcome to invest in multiple plans if you wish, and you can make multiple orders in a plan over time. We process orders in the order that we receive them.
Currently, Investment Plans are only available for clients who have classified as High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investors. Investment Plans are a discretionary service whereby London House Exchange will be making investment decisions on your behalf. The FCA requires that we restrict the service in this way. We will be reviewing this on an ongoing basis and we welcome any feedback or input you may have. You can read more about investor classification here. Please note, you can also still pick your own investments on the Exchange as well as investing through an investment plan.
