Bridging finance introduction

We have formed strategic partnerships with property finance providers to offer a new bridging finance investment. 

The product aims to generate a targeted return of 10% p.a. through providing bridging finance to UK residential customers for a variety of purposes; including, refurbishment, accelerated purchases/sales and to resolve property chain breaks. 

Each certificate issuance relates to a specific property/customer, fully underwritten by the finance provider and secured through the provider having first legal charge over the asset and acting on behalf of LHX investors.
