How do I withdraw funds from my London House Exchange account?

You can withdraw funds at any time from the “My Portfolio” page. On desktop, click on the link located in the top right corner of the browser. On mobile, tap on the menu button at the top, then tap 'View Portfolio'.

Withdrawals to UK bank accounts usually take up to 3 business days to clear subject to the usual compliance checks, but this can take a little longer for non-UK accounts. Note that withdrawals to non-UK bank accounts incur a charge from our bank - this is usually between £5 and £15. 

All withdrawals are in GBP and your bank will convert the amounts at their specified exchange rate.

In order to protect your funds, the first time you make a withdrawal we will verify that the account details entered belong to you. Where possible we will perform this electronically, but we may require further information such as a copy of a recent bank statement.

Is there a minimum withdrawal?

Yes, the minimum withdrawal is £50, unless you are withdrawing all funds in your account then there is no minimum amount.

Will I be charged for withdrawing funds from my London House Exchange Account?

UK Investors: no, we will not charge you for withdrawing funds to a UK bank.

Non-UK Investors: London House Exchange does not charge you for withdrawing funds. However, if your bank account is outside of the UK, our bank will charge you between £5 and £15. We cannot comment on any charges that your bank may levy.
