We do not provide rent guarantee insurance, but do provide conservative void period forecasts. 

It’s also important to understand that London House Exchange allows you to diversify your investment across multiple properties. This reduces the risk of losing income in void periods, and therefore reduces the need for rent guarantee insurance.
