How will commercial properties be structured on the Property Partner platform?

Commercial properties are acquired using the same structure as all other properties on our platform, i.e. purchased through a UK ltd SPV, with investors owning a beneficial interest in the company which holds the property. The experience and process of buying, holding and selling shares in commercial properties will mirror investments into residential properties.
